This summer you can enjoy a holiday in your own city! From 7 to 9 July it is time for the second edition of De Buurtcamping BoTu 2023 at the Dakpark, in the middle of the bustling Bospolder-Tussendijken district.
This year a fun program has been put together for young and old. Enjoy the open stage in collaboration with North Sea Round Town and show your creative side during the workshops with local artists.
Of course there is plenty of good food and drinks. But above all, you will experience an unforgettable holiday feeling, together with your neighbours. Everyone is welcome, even if you don’t come from the Bospolder-Tussendijken district!

On holiday in your own neighbourhood
Neighbourhood campsite BoTu brings local residents closer together by letting them enjoy a holidays in their own environment. Buurtcamping BoTu strives for equality, regardless of social background, age, family composition or other differences, everyone is welcome.
Setting up the tents together, shared meals, relaxing sports sessions and cosy moments around the campfire at the Dakpark. It’s all about the experience!
Fun activities and workshops
Local residents, local initiatives and entrepreneurs organize all kinds of great events in nature, culture, sports and relaxation. And that for three days!
There are all kinds of fun workshops that you can participate in. Together with local artist Jelmer Konjo, a work of art is made for the neighbourhood during the graffiti workshop. Artist and theater maker Yvonne Beelen will be present all three days for a three-day project.
And of course there are various music performances to visit from North Sea Round Town. Would you like to perform yourself? There is also an open stage on Friday July 7 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.

Even if you do not come camping, it is possible to participate in all day activities.

Costs:a tent pitch costs €15.00. Don’t have that much to spend? Then it is possible to pay the friend price of € 2.50.
