A beer festival in Rotterdam? Yes, of course! The TAPT Festival is coming to Rotterdam on 26 and 27 August. After successful editions in Amsterdam, Utrecht and Haarlem, you can also drink the tastiest types of beers, eat snacks and play games in our beautiful city.
In the weekend of 26 and 27 August, Heemraadsplein will be transformed into a real beer garden. This means a pleasant summer afternoon with friends, games, dancing and beer from no less than 12 breweries.
Beer festival for everyone
Whether you are a super connoisseur when it comes to specialty beers or you barely drink beer; it doesn’t matter. As long as you like a drink, a snack and good company, you’ve come to the right place. “A fresh version of the beer festival, where nothing is compulsory and (almost) everything is allowed!” This also means that there are other drinks to order, such as wine and mocktails.
Because we start on time with this large Rotterdam drink, good food and fun activities have also been provided. Think of an old-fashioned game of jeu-de-boules or a – not so – silent disco.
National and Rotterdam breweries
Both national and Rotterdam breweries will join the festival. You may know Brouwerij ‘t IJ, Jopen and Gebrouwen door Vrouwen, but also our own proud Brouwerij Noordt, ROTT Brouwers and the Kaapse Brouwerij bring their tastiest brews with them.
